Black & White : Breathing Landscape
The Mountain Calls
Its invitation always arrives in winter,
and I find myself dwelling there — sometimes for weeks, a month, or an entire season
White-out snowstorms and biting winds accompany me.
At –20°C, the cold pierces bone, freezing fingers and toes
The body shivers, yet the heart shines
Breathing Landscapes is an expression of resting in stillness — gazing at falling snow
and frozen rivers, looking upon the trees, as my breath joins the mountain's exhale
I have arrived.
